We use procedures and techniques learned from years of experience to ensure accurate measurements throughout the machining process. Often times we use more than one technique to measure a feature to ensure accurate measurements. We start with obtaining certified material if required by customer, then sampling and/or 100% inspection depending on customer preference. All results are stored digitally. 

Our inspection equipment is calibrated on a schedule in accordance to ISO standards and traceable to NIST standards.
